The Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga (HBAGC) is a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting, protecting, and advancing the home building industry in the Greater Chattanooga area. Our membership comprises builders, remodelers, developers, and a diverse range of industry professionals, including suppliers, lenders, real estate professionals, and contractors.

Our History
The Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga was chartered in 1945. It was originally called the Home Builders Association of Chattanooga. It was later changed to the Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee. In 2011, the official name was changed to the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga.
